Return & Refund Policy


Palacios Furniture wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a product please notify us via our 'Contact Us' page within 30 days of purchase and we will respond with the details for initiating a return. 

All initial shipping charges, including 'white glove delivery' charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returned merchandise must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition. If order was fulfilled by 'white glove delivery' service, the delivery team as part of quality service will be expecting to remove debris and packaging. If you think a return is possible please do not open packaging or item will not be eligible for a return. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been received and/or fulfilled as ready to ship. 

Once returns are received and accepted we will notify you via email. Refunds, if approved will be credited back to original credit card used at time of purchase. We will refund value of goods returned, not the value of any shipping paid. We do not accept returns for pillows, poufs, throws, rugs, or wall art. 


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless item is deemed as damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time frame for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


No Returns or Exchanges 

We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of the following items: pillows, poufs, throws, rugs, lamps, wall art, clearance items, sale items, gift cards, delivery fees, or installation fees cannot be returned or exchanged. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at so a return label can be generated and/or return delivery can be arranged. Warranty Returns

Palacios Furniture will honor any valid ‘warranty claim’ provided claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customer will be required to pre-pay return shipping, however Palacios Furniture will reimburse you upon completion of warranty submission. Items with scratches, odors, stains, damages, drilling, or any other modifications by buyer will be considered and deemed ‘non-returnable’. Upon return receipt of items for ‘warranty claim,' you can expect Palacios Furniture to process your warranty claim within 7 days.


Refund Process 

WĐ” wіll promptly to ensure inspect returned goods within 72  hours of receiving at our  warehouse to confirm item is in like-new condition . We will the process your request and issue a refund to you іn full wіthіn 90 days. Once the ‘warranty claim’ is confirmed within 7 days you will receive the choice of: 

(a) Refund to your original payment method
(b) Refund in store credit
(c) Replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your financial institution or credit card company account.
Often there may be a processing time period before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


If an item was marked as a gift at time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your gifted item. Once item is returned and received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
