Refund policy

Returns 

Palacios Furniture wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a product, please notify us via our 'Contact Us' page within 30 days of purchase, and we will respond with the details for initiating a return.

Any initial shipping charges, including 'white glove delivery' charges, are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, unused, and in new condition. If the order was fulfilled by our 'white glove delivery' service, the delivery team, as part of our quality service, will remove debris and packaging. If you believe a return is possible, please do not open the packaging, as opening the item will render it ineligible for return. Once an order has been received and/or fulfilled as ready to ship, it cannot be canceled.

Once returns are received and accepted, we will notify you via email. If approved, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. We will refund the value of the returned goods, excluding any shipping costs. Please note that we do not accept returns for pillows, poufs, throws, decor accessories, rugs, or wall art.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the item is deemed damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No Returns or Exchanges (Non Returnable Items)

We do not offer returns or exchanges on the following items: pillows, poufs, decor accessories, throws, rugs, lamps, wall art, clearance items, sale items, gift cards, delivery fees, or installation fees. These items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please send an email to: support@palaciosfurniture.com and we will provide a return label and/or arrange return delivery. Warranty Returns

Palacios Furniture will honor any valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. The customer will be required to pre-pay return shipping, but Palacios Furniture will reimburse the customer upon completion of the warranty submission. Items with scratches, odors, stains, damages, drilling, or any other modifications by the buyer will be considered non-returnable. Once the returned items for a warranty claim are received, you can expect Palacios Furniture to process your claim within 7 days.

Refund Process

We will promptly inspect the returned goods within 72 hours of receiving them at our warehouse to confirm that the item is in like-new condition. We will then process your refund request and issue a refund to you within 90 days. Once a warranty claim is confirmed within 7 days, you will have the choice of:

(a) Refund to your original payment method (b) Refund in store credit (c) Replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your financial institution or credit card company account. Often there may be a processing time period before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at:

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your gifted item. Once the item is returned and received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
